Garion has a passion for helping his clients achieve their goals. He has worked with executive teams in the development of value propositions and promotion strategies. Garion has been involved in creating marketing strategies and implementation plans that include communications strategies and media planning.
Garion is experienced in business analysis, brand development, promotion strategy and market research. In addition to his marketing experience, Garion also has project management experience designing and leading an implementation plan to measure and maximize the engagement and uptake ofsales tools within a sales organization.
Garion brings with him 3 years of experience working within the insurance industry. During that time he has worked with the executive team to define the organization’s value proposition, developing tools, processes, and a training module to aid insurance advisors in articulating the value proposition.
Garion is heavily involved in his community, devoting many hours to United Way Regina’s GenNext having organized their annual Schmoozefest event as well as conducting their planning sessions. Garion has also become involved with Timeraiser a national Canada 150 initiative. He co-hosted the Regina event and sits on the sustainability committee.
