Pamela Fiske is a Business, Marketing and Organizational Development professional. She has held a variety of positions in the Crown sector. Pamela has many years of experience developing plans and services for markets and customers as well as managing stakeholders’ expectations.

Pamela has assisted many clients with developing strategy and planning, managing change, engaging stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to grow mutually beneficial relationships.

Pamela is a skilled facilitator with experience facilitating large and small groups through a variety of topics such as organizational strategy, change management, customer needs and product development strategies andemployee engagement.

Pamela has advised senior leaders in organizational development and effectiveness and has a keen interest in aligning business strategy with employee engagement and performance. She approaches problems with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. She is able to create practical solutions to complex problems and has had exceptional feedback regarding her ability to express issues with candour and respect.

Pamela has been working with Praxis consulting since 2012 and has supported a variety of clients in municipal government, the health sector and crown sector. Most recently she has been involved in projects aimed to bring about change and improve collaboration within and among various organizations.
