Shawn Silzer brings deep experience in corporate strategy, change management, communications, and stakeholder facilitation to the Praxis team.
Shawn’s recent focus has been to work with clients on improving the customer experience they provide – and at the same time, developing change management approaches to support the cultural transformation that accompanies this shift in corporate focus. Shawn uses quantitative and qualitative techniques to help his clients map their customer journeys in order to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
After 25 years in the non-profit and public sectors in Saskatchewan, Shawn spent two years leading consulting engagements with electric and gas utilities across the United States, with an emphasis on facilitating strategic planning – as well as supporting implementation strategies - that would drive customer engagement and reduce costs.
Shawn has served on the Regina board of the International Association of Business Communicators, is one of only two certified Customer Experience Professionals Association in Saskatchewan. He also maintains a Prosci Change Management Certification and has earned his Hammer business process mastery.
