Riley's time as a student was marked by involvement in non-profit and small business consulting clubs, providing strategic advice to various businesses around Montreal. These positions inspired him to take these skills to scale, pursuing strategic management as an avenue to support the growth of Canadian businesses.
Riley has acted as both consultant and project manager, developing actionable solutions for businesses in various industries, such as the YMCAs of Quebec. Beyond strategy, Riley has leveraged his analytics background in government, developing reports to provide data-backed recommendations to key stakeholders. Each role has required the use of various new skills and confronting novel issues, making adaptability a given in each project.
